Electromyographic activity was evaluated for both groups after one week, one month and three months with one week washing period between the two groups. While Speech analysis was evaluated after one week and one month for both groups. Results: The results of this study showed that no significant differences between both groups regarding to Electromyographic activity and phonetics. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study no single technique seems completely accurate to determine the exact occlusal plane. 摘要

目的:研究两种不同的咬合平面朝向(耳屏线和逆行磨牙垫)对全口义齿佩戴者咬肌和颞前肌肌电图活动及发声的影响。材料与方法:10例全无牙患者,年龄55 ~ 65岁。所有患者均接受两副义齿,第一副义齿按耳屏线制作(І组),第二副义齿按逆行磨牙垫制作(ІІ组)。两组分别在1周、1个月和3个月后进行肌电活动评估,两组之间有1周的洗涤期。两组分别在1周和1个月后进行语言分析。结果:两组在肌电活动和语音学方面无显著差异。结论:根据本研究的结果,似乎没有一种技术可以完全准确地确定确切的咬合平面。为了确定无牙患者的咬合平面位置,应考虑不同标志的组合以及良好的临床评估。
