This would be a quick way to acquire information without the need to traverse the entire website and is also applicable to any academic or educational websites, such as schools, colleges, universities, or any institution. 摘要

聊天机器人是一种通过自然语言与人类交互的智能会话系统,其中自然语言处理利用计算方法来学习、理解和生成人类语言内容。本文的范围仅限于Chatbot。从网站上获取所需和正确类型的信息是一个耗时的过程。在本文中,一个特别的重点放在学术组织。有时,一名员工或学术管理人员会花几个小时来回答一个问题。为了解决这个问题,本文提出了两种形式的聊天机器人,即书面和口头。他们为用户提供有关录取过程的交互和咨询,以及与学院有关的其他相关信息。这将是一种获取信息的快速方法,而不需要遍历整个网站,也适用于任何学术或教育网站,如学校、学院、大学或任何机构。这两个聊天机器人都使用人工智能标记语言(AIML)实现。
