Numerous studies have demonstrated an adequate immune response after vaccination even during therapy with immunosuppressive and genetically engineered biological agents drugs. This review summarizes the international experience of pneumococcal immunization of patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). The high efficiency and safety of pneumococcal vaccines in children with JIA is shown.
