Also, an improvement observed in total pregnancy rate of ewes using M3 (79.17%) compared with M0 (65.38%) after chilling at 5C for 2 days. 摘要

研究目的是将玛咖水提物添加到公羊精液膨化剂中,评价其精子特性。M0、M1、M2、M3、M4 5种培养基分别添加0、5、10、20、40 μg/mL不同浓度的玛卡水提物,在5C条件下保存5 d。然后,对精子的进行性活力、可活性、顶体异常和完整、脂质过氧化(LPO)浓度等特征进行评估。同时,选用40只母羊(每只20只),分别用M0(作为对照)和M3(作为最佳精子参数)进行受精试验。20 μg/mL玛咖水提物与其他添加物相比,在5C条件下保存5 d时,改善了精子原有特征,降低了异常精子和脂质过氧化(LPO)。在5℃低温处理2天后,M3组母羊的总受孕率(79.17%)高于M0组(65.38%)。结果表明,玛卡水提物在低温5 d后仍能保持精子特征,特别是在低温2 d后仍能保持20μg/mL的生殖能力。
