The fractional planning and integral planning functions of the industrial chain are obtained by constructing the CCR model, and the BCC model calculation of the innovation effect of the enterprise industrial chain is realised by the Chames-Cooper transformation. The data efficiency value of technological innovation effect of industrial chain under the 'double cycle' pattern is obtained via the SBM network model for analysis on the technological innovation effect of industrial chain. The experimental results show that the effect of industrial chain technological innovation is analysed from the aspects of main business income and the profit margin of enterprises extending the industrial chain and connecting the industrial chain. 摘要

为提高企业在疫情持续影响下的经济效益,本文对疫情后时代“双周期”模式下的产业链技术创新效应进行研究。通过构建CCR模型得到了产业链的分式规划和整体规划函数,并通过Chames-Cooper变换实现了企业产业链创新效应的BCC模型计算。通过SBM网络模型对产业链技术创新效应进行分析,得到了“双循环”模式下产业链技术创新效应的数据效率值。实验结果表明,从主业收入和企业延伸产业链、连接产业链的利润率两个方面分析了产业链技术创新的效应。技术创新连接产业链后的利润率最高为34.2%,证明技术创新可以提高企业的经济效益。
