Path Analysis and Boostrapping through Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) are used to see the relationship and influence between sustainability and affordability variables. There is a significant relationship between all elements of affordability with economic, social and environmental factors. Mediation effect (mediator) for the element of affordability that is tested in the construct relationship between economic, social and environmental factors on the need for home ownership. 摘要

家是人类的基本需求。每年,政府都有责任制定更具可持续性和包容性的住房政策,以确保提供足够、优质和负担得起的住房,以满足不断增长的可持续社区的需求。当前研究的目的是分析经济、社会和环境因素对巴生谷公务员房屋所有权需求之间关系的中介作用。通过结构方程模型(SEM)的路径分析和Boostrapping来观察可持续性和可负担性变量之间的关系和影响。所有可负担性因素与经济、社会和环境因素之间存在显著的关系。在经济、社会和环境因素对住房所有权需求的构建关系中,对负担能力要素的中介效应(中介)进行了测试。最后,本研究成功地形成了一个可持续的负担得起的房屋所有权结构模型。
