摘要

我们研究了核氧化应激与小鼠自发性肺肿瘤发生的关系。A/J菌株肺核脂肪酸不饱和指数、生成的活性氧和硫代巴比妥酸活性物质水平均高于C3H/He和C57BL/6Cr菌株。A/J菌株肺核电子传递系统的体外活性氧依赖DNA刻毒能力也强于其他两种菌株,而A/J菌株肺核α-生育酚水平最低。三种菌株肺内这些参数的差异与肺肿瘤发生的菌株差异一致。这些结果提示,肺肿瘤的自发发展与细胞核氧化应激水平有一定的关系。
