摘要

本研究的目的是通过实验研究从al- Najaf al- ashrafal省新鲜鸡肉食品中分离的鼠伤寒沙门菌毒力质粒在可能引起变异疾病的不同分离株之间转移的能力,以期为研究人类感染的控制提供新的数据。pcr结果证实大肠杆菌转偶联菌(TLst1)中spvA、pefA、rck和traT基因的频率分别为(12%)、(30%)、(8%)和(26%),而在(TMst1)转偶联菌中spvA、pefA、rck和traT基因的频率分别为(14%)、(30%)、(6%)和(28%),在(TGst1)转偶联菌中也出现类似的结果,分别为(6%)、(17%)。(4%)和(18%),因此本研究根据结合实验结果表明,鼠伤寒沙门氏菌Lst1、Mst3和Gst1分离株的毒力质粒具有传染性,可能导致纳贾夫省不同细菌种间毒力分离株的迅速增加。
