The tin oxide substrate doped with Indium, on which ZnO nanostructures were evaporated were observed. These nanostructures were prepared in a growth solution and positioned in three distinct directions. From three distinct positioned ZnO nanostructures, three samples were taken and examined. The synthesized nanostructures and their morphological properties were studied. It was found that surface morphology was affected by the substrate positioned in growth solution. The structural and optical properties were calculated. In optical characteristics, the photoluminescence, Raman spectroscopy and optical density of the prepared ZnO device were calculated.
