Elucidating the stakeholder roles will enable stakeholder management via effective communication and sustainable practices that reflect stakeholder interests. This study elucidates the roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders associated with Agile software development projects. The study identifies that for effective stakeholder management practices understanding of the stakeholder roles and interests is vital.
