The study found that ability and opportunity-enhancing HRM practices are related to corporate environmental citizenship except for motivation-enhancing HRM practices. Similarly, organisational learning capability has no moderating effect on such relationships. In addition to that, this study has provided a comprehensive understanding of corporate environmental citizenship in the construction industry in Malaysia. 摘要

本研究考察了能力、动机、机会增强型人力资源管理实践与企业环境公民之间的联系。组织学习能力也被介绍为amo增强人力资源管理实践和企业环境公民之间的连接的调节。采用系统抽样技术确定研究样本,总响应量为150份。研究发现,能力型和机会型人力资源管理实践与企业环境公民意识相关,但动机型人力资源管理实践除外。同样,组织学习能力对这种关系也没有调节作用。除此之外,本研究还提供了对马来西亚建筑行业企业环境公民的全面了解。这实质上为文献增加了一个新的维度。
