摘要

利用扫描电镜对蒙古菊科、黄花科、Nepetoideae和Lamioideae亚科16属21个分类群的花粉形态进行了研究。花粉形态在大小(极小、极小、中至大)、形状(长形球形、近长形至长形)和外壁纹饰(三喙形和六喙形;具结核,微网状,双网状或抛光)。本研究表明,花粉特征可以作为区分兰科植物属间差异的有效工具。三足形花粉主要分布在竹甲亚科、黄花亚科、花甲亚科属,六足形花粉主要分布在竹甲亚科属。
