摘要

本文研究了浸渍、超声波、浸渍、煎煮和微波提取等不同提取方法对三种药用植物(Ageratum conyzoides)、车前草(Plantago major)和牛蒡子(Arctium lappa L)中植物化学活性和生物活性的影响,并对结果进行方差分析。结果表明,超声提取是五种提取方法中最有效的提取方法,可有效地提取具有高抗氧化活性和高酚含量的植物化学物质。本研究所用的三种植物具有高浓度的黄酮类和酚类物质,这与该物种的化学系统相一致。所有样本的防晒系数(SPF)均小于6。有趣的是,在动力学参数分析中,发现alcl3与植物化学提取物中黄酮类化合物的络合反应时间最长约为20分钟。我们最终确定超声法制备的鹰尾草提取物对肝癌肿瘤细胞具有显著的药理潜力,这一结果可以指导其治疗效果的进一步研究。
