摘要

利用生物信息学方法从PR蛋白的基本DNA序列、疏水性、跨膜结构域等方面预测了其二级和三级结构。thaumatin蛋白作为植物PR蛋白的一个成员,已被小麦、水稻和拟南芥等植物报道,该蛋白在植物抗性反应中发挥重要作用。利用生物信息学分析like-thaumatin蛋白资源类基因功能,研究蛋白结构与内在抗性关系,克隆了一条差异表达cDNA片段的全长,小麦等56种thaumatin样蛋白,并初步研究其生物学功能对植物抗病机制的作用机理。结合生物信息学方法预测高等植物发病相关蛋白,再结合实验论证将具有重要的理论和科学价值。我们已经开发了一种称为共识的算法,它始终如一地为比较建模提供高质量的校准。
