摘要

在印度尼西亚,食用油的重复使用已被广泛发现,但由于其致癌特性,它对健康是危险的。利用吸附法等多种方法对废油的净化进行了广泛的研究。碳基材料对有机和无机化合物具有较大的吸附能力,是常用的吸附剂。活化碳表面可以提高孔隙和吸附电位。近年来,一些有机原料被转化为活性炭。本研究以麻疯树叶为原料,利用活性炭对废食用油进行净化。在最佳吸附剂条件下,以游离脂肪酸和过氧化值为指标,考察了废食用油的净化效果。
