And a shift in towards higher temperature was noticed in all the nanocomposites. Thermogravimetric analysis revealed an improved thermal stability of the ternary nanocomposites system. The dynamic mechanical response of PP and its binary and ternary nanocomposite systems was evaluated. The dispersion of the nanoparticles was investigated employing transmission electron microscopy (TEM). 摘要

采用两步法制备了PP/MAPP/C15A/MWNT三元复合材料体系。采用XRD研究了MWNT的加入对聚合物基体中粘土层脱层的影响。通过XRD分析发现,在PP基体中同时加入粘土和MWNT后,结晶度相近。三元复合材料的力学性能明显高于纯PP及其二元复合材料体系。利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)技术研究了两种纳米填料对结晶温度的影响。并且在所有的纳米复合材料中都发现了向更高温度的转变。热重分析表明,三元复合材料的热稳定性得到了改善。对聚丙烯及其二元和三元纳米复合材料的动态力学响应进行了评价。利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了纳米颗粒的分散。研究并总结了粘土和MWNT对PP性能的共同影响。
