摘要

研究了金属层电爆炸和表面电弧放电引起的金属蒸发等工艺对金属化聚丙烯脱金属的影响。对6 μ m厚的铝锌金属化聚合物薄膜进行了测试。结果表明,电爆炸和表面电弧对聚合物表面的冲击分别使金属化铝的击穿强度降低20%和30%,金属化锌的击穿强度降低14%和21%。研究结果对MFC电压过应力区参数的选择有一定的参考价值。
