Also, work placement learning self-efficacy mediated the relationship between WPSS and the constructs of PCB except career consultation. 摘要

利用职业自我管理的社会认知职业理论模型,研究了实习导师支持与学生主动职业行为的关系、实习学习自我效能感的中介作用以及主动性在间接关系中的调节作用。本研究以129家企业的275名大学生为研究对象。回归分析显示,工作实习学习自我效能感与职业生涯规划、主动技能发展、职业咨询、职业网络建设、工作实习学习自我效能感均呈显著正相关。此外,除职业咨询外,工作实习学习自我效能感在工作满意度与PCB构念之间起中介作用。主动性调节了工作实习学习自我效能感对职业规划和职业网络建设的影响,工作实习学习自我效能感对职业规划和职业网络建设的间接影响在低、中、高水平上均显著。
