Various materials have been taken as substrates like mild steel, magnesium, Aluminum, Copper, Tin, Carbon steel with thin film coatings of Zn–TiO 2 , Ce/Co, Zn-HA/TiO 2, CrN/TiN, Ni- Co have been sampled. 摘要

利用不同的纳米材料沉积薄膜是提高材料抗腐蚀性能和硬度、电导率、耐磨性等强度的有效、可靠的方法。采用各种材料作为衬底,如低碳钢、镁、铝、铜、锡、碳钢,并对其镀有zn - tio2、Ce/Co、Zn-HA/ tio2、CrN/ Tin、Ni- Co薄膜。这些样品已被研究了许多性能,如表面粗糙度,耐磨性,粘附强度,显微硬度,疏水性等。人们发现,消声器、差速器、发动机底盘、排气系统、齿轮等部件由于气候变化、氧化、水分含量等因素而受到腐蚀。本文综述了用于机械和汽车工业的各种金属基材的防腐涂料的研究进展。
