摘要

实验研究了不同类型的表面活性剂对电沉积含铜和含碳(石墨、碳纳米管)复合粉末的影响。添加表面活性剂后,粉末颗粒尺寸减小,耐蚀性提高。在电解液中加入阳离子表面活性剂CTAB,同时进行超声处理,对碳纳米管的分散效果最好。
