(γ;e) conversion scattering under the GMR conditions is considered. To solve this problem the density matrix method is used. It is shown that the process is accompanied by the time oscillations of conversion electron (CE) flux. The oscillation frequencies are multiple to the frequency of rf magnetic field. CE polarization is analysed on the example 57Fe nuclei in iron. The possibility of application of these results for spin polarization study of the inner atomic shells is shown.
