Overall, 11 (28.94%) of 38 diarrheic samples and 24 (25.53%) of 94 non-diarrheic samples were positive for different pathogens. A representative number of positive and negative samples were tested by RT-PCR for BoRV and BoCV virus as well as staining for Cryptosporidium spp. The results were consistent with that of multiplex ELISA kit. 摘要

本研究从健康和腹泻新生儿(0-3个月)的粪便样本中检测牛轮状病毒(BoRV)、牛冠状病毒(BoCV)、大肠杆菌F5附着因子和隐孢子虫抗原。采用复合ELISA试剂盒(Bio-X Diagnostics,比利时)对2015年8月至2018年5月在印度北部不同地区(Bareilly、Hisar、Meerut和Mathura)采集的132份粪便样本(包括38份腹泻和94份非腹泻小牛样本)进行上述病原体抗原检测。其中隐孢子虫19例(14.39%),轮状病毒11例(8.33%),冠状病毒3例(2.27%),大肠杆菌K5 2例(1.51%)。总体而言,38份腹泻样本中11份(28.94%)呈阳性,94份非腹泻样本中24份(25.53%)呈阳性。采用RT-PCR法检测有代表性的BoRV和BoCV病毒,并对隐孢子虫进行染色,结果与多重酶联免疫吸附试验结果一致。因此,研究中使用的ELISA技术可靠、简单、快速,特别适合分析大量样品。
