摘要

随着风险在农产品供应链中所占比重的逐渐增加，提高供应链抵御风险干扰的弹性具有深远的意义。在研究农产品供应链弹性影响因素的基础上，采用层次分析法对农产品供应链弹性进行评价。通过定性分析和定量计算，对农产品供应链弹性进行模糊综合评价。结果表明，供应商的可靠性、运输车辆的数量和员工的风险控制能力是制约农业供应链弹性的主要因素。最后，通过案例分析和验证，为相关企事业单位提高农业供应链弹性提供理论依据。
