According to the characteristics of Al-free deoxidization process, the control of aluminum content, the deoxidization with ladle furnace(LF) slag, the deoxidization process under vacuum by carbon, and the inclusions modification technology by calcium treatment were studied. All of them were applied to practical production. 摘要

由于氧化铝夹杂物对钢轨钢的性能影响很大,采用无铝脱氧剂脱氧是合理的。根据无铝脱氧工艺的特点,对铝含量的控制、钢包炉(LF)渣脱氧、真空碳脱氧工艺以及钙处理夹杂物改性技术进行了研究。这些方法都被应用到实际生产中。结果表明:采用无铝脱氧工艺,钢中总氧含量低于20 ppm,满足洁净钢轨钢的要求。
