摘要

对堤防决口引起的洪水流量进行准确的评估,对于预测泄洪线和泄洪过程具有重要意义。本文利用洪水过程中水力和几何条件的变化体现在水面剖面的时间变化中,建立了基于非定常二维流动方程和包括决口影响的水面剖面时间变化的淹没流量计算模型。为了验证该模型的有效性,我们对曹干志江河道的决口进行了现场试验。与试验结果相比,模拟的淹没流量具有较好的准确性。最后,提出了将该方法应用于实际河流的几个问题。
