摘要

在碳酸钾存在下,5-羟基-7-甲氧基-2-苯基铬-4- 1与二溴代烷烃在丙酮中反应,根据迈克尔逆反应o-烷基化进行,生成相应的2-(溴代烷氧基)查尔酮。合成的化合物的结构经IR-、1H-和13C-NMR确证。本文首次对查尔酮衍生物(2-3)的细胞毒、保肝和抗炎作用进行了体内外实验研究。
