The research methods used for this paper were: the study of the bibliographical material, the observation, the experiment, the tests, the statistical-mathematical method and the graphical representation method. 摘要

摘要本研究旨在探讨健美操方式对中年人心理运动技能指标的刺激作用。阐述了研究假设,认为合理选择适合中年人的健身型有氧体操项目,可以刺激他们的心理运动和功能标记,从而影响他们的预期寿命。为了验证假设,我们在Bacau的Know Limits Studio健身俱乐部对8名在该健身房进行有氧运动的中年女性(60-65岁)进行了实验。本文采用的研究方法为:文献资料研究、观察、实验、检验、统计数学方法和图形表示法。按照严格制定的时间表练习有氧体操,其中包括“有氧运动”和有氧步骤,可以使运动技能发展到更高的水平。
