Data gathering tools were a summary of self-care behaviors by Toobert and his colleagues. the data analysis was done by SPSS software version 21 and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson, independent T-test, ANOVA and Spearman tests. Level of significance was considered 0.05 in all tests. In all tests, a significant level of 0.05 was considered. Results : The mean score of patient’s self-care was 42.72 ± 9.90 and their self-care status was moderate. The self-care score behavior showed a significant statistical relationship with level of education, high income and training of patients (p<0.05). Conclusion: According to the results of this research, the important factors, such as educational level, economic status and previous knowledge of the patient play a significant role in the realization of self-care behaviors. 摘要

背景与目的:考虑到糖尿病控制的最重要因素是自我保健行为,而改善自我保健行为是帮助患者更好地控制和管理疾病的第一步。因此,本研究以“马什哈德保健中心就诊的糖尿病妇女自我保健行为影响因素的确定”为题进行。方法:在这项横断面研究中,采用多阶段聚类方法选择了马什哈德市公共卫生中心的300名2型糖尿病妇女。数据收集工具是Toobert和他的同事对自我照顾行为的总结。采用SPSS软件21版进行数据分析,采用描述性统计、Pearson、独立t检验、ANOVA和Spearman检验对数据进行分析。所有检验均认为显著性水平为0.05。所有检验均考虑0.05的显著性水平。结果:患者自我护理平均得分为42.72±9.90分,自我护理状况一般。自我护理评分行为与患者的文化程度、高收入、培训程度有显著的统计学关系(p<0.05)。结论:根据本研究结果,患者的文化程度、经济状况、既往知识等重要因素对自我护理行为的实现起着重要作用。因此,为了促进患者的自我保健行为,健康教育者首先应该识别上述因素,然后制定计划和教育干预措施。
