The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection tools namely observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation, in this study the subjects of the research were children aged 5-6 years. The results of the study show that the implementation of the teacher's example in shaping the character of social care and discipline in children is urgently needed. This can be seen from the way the teacher sets a good example by implementing the character values of social care and discipline in daily learning activities at school. However, there are several obstacles faced by teachers regarding the formation of social care and child discipline characters such as time constraints where teachers do not have much time at school to continue implementing these things. In addition to the time factor, the child's personal circumstances are also one of the obstacles in forming the socially caring and disciplined character of children through the implementation of the teacher's example. 摘要

本研究旨在了解教师的榜样在盘德郎县TKIB 5-6岁儿童社会关怀和纪律性格的形成中是如何实施的,找出盘德郎县TKIB儿童的各种特点,找出教师在形成性格社会关怀和儿童纪律方面的障碍。本研究采用描述性定性方法,数据收集工具为观察法、访谈法、文献法和三角法,研究对象为5-6岁儿童。研究结果表明,在塑造儿童的社会关怀和纪律品格方面,教师榜样的实施是迫切需要的。这可以从老师在学校的日常学习活动中践行社会关怀和纪律的品格价值观的方式中看出来。然而,教师在社会关怀和儿童纪律特征的形成方面面临着一些障碍,例如时间限制,教师在学校没有太多的时间来继续实施这些事情。除了时间因素外,儿童的个人环境也是通过教师榜样的实施来形成儿童社会关怀和纪律性格的障碍之一。因此,可以得出结论,教师榜样的实施对塑造万丹邦德朗县TKIB 5-6岁儿童的社会关怀和纪律性格有很大的影响。
