摘要

目前,由于数据资产交易信息不对称,加之数据资产在不同应用场景下的价值差异很大,很难充分体现数据资产的价值,因为数据资产是数字经济发展中最重要、最活跃的生产要素,而中国正处于新的历史发展阶段,深入分析资产市场化过程中的数据问题,通过提高对数据资产作用的认识,激活行业内部力量,扩大和强化数据资产,扩大数据资产的有效需求和供给,制定数据资产交易规则,是非常必要的。本文旨在利用近年来数据交易市场带来的快速发展的历史交易信息,在对现有市场评估研究的基础上,采用人工智能系统的前沿方法分析数据资产的特征,设计对数据资产进行价值评估并设计数据资产定价体系。
