摘要

以过渡金属Zn、Ni、Co、Fe为原料,水热法对SAPO-34分子筛催化剂进行改性,制备了甲醇转化为轻质烯烃(MTO)的催化剂。并用XRD和SEM对所制备的催化剂进行了表征。通过固定床反应器对改性分子筛的催化性能进行了评价。结果表明,ZnSAPO-34的乙烯收率提高3.2%,乙烯和丙烯的总收率提高5.0%。
