The study conducted on the 10th day of the post-infarction period showed no relationship between the types of myocardial infarction and the severity of carbohydrate metabolism disorders. The study revealed an increase in amphiphysin-2 in patients of the study group compared with the control group, while the sensitivity and specificity of amphiphysin-2 in patients with Q-MI and non-Q MI were 97.8 and 13.0%, respectively.
