Stainless steel fabric is selected as clothing sample material. Carbon fiber fabric, nano aluminum fabric and multi ion fabric are used as experimental materials. The experimental samples are designed and manufactured according to different ways of use and combination. The reflectivity of the material and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the sample are measured by the segmental support test system and the three meter semi anechoic chamber. 摘要

吸波材料由于其特殊的性能被广泛应用于不同的行业,但目前在服装上的应用还很少。为了提高电磁屏蔽服装的性能,在服装中使用吸波材料是一个不错的选择。因此,本文对吸波材料在服装中的应用进行了研究,选择对服装屏蔽效果影响较大的领口作为研究对象,探讨吸波材料在电磁屏蔽服装领口的应用及影响。服装样品选用不锈钢面料。采用碳纤维织物、纳米铝织物和多离子织物作为实验材料。实验样品是根据不同的使用方式和组合方式设计制造的。采用分段支撑测试系统和三米半消声室对材料的反射率和样品的电磁屏蔽效能进行了测试。结果表明:领口处不同吸波材料的应用和使用方式对服装的屏蔽效果有显著影响,在领口处应用纳米铝材料作为中间层和直接应用多离子织物时,服装的屏蔽效果最好,均提高了5 dB以上。
