摘要

目的观察OK晶状体矫正和预防学龄儿童近视的效果。方法对206例接受治疗的学龄近视儿童进行回顾性病例队列研究,分为OK晶状体组106眼和框架晶状体组100眼。分析UCVA、AL、SE和角膜曲率的变化。结果OK晶状体组UCVA在1天后开始改善,1个月后明显改善(P <0.05),1-6个月UCVA趋于稳定;SE和角膜曲率在1天后下降,1个月后明显下降(P <0.05)。与框架透镜组相比,AL和SE在1 d后升高,但增长速度较慢,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论OK晶状体矫正学龄儿童近视效果显著,对近视的发展有一定的延缓作用。关键词:角膜塑形镜;学龄儿童;球形等效;眼轴长;角膜曲率
