Due to the large scale of the power grid, the small probability event that the trip of inter-provincial tie line of the same tower due to lightning strikes may still trigger the accident cascade effect of the power grid, which seriously threatens the power supply reliability of the power grid. This paper proposes an active lightning protection measure based on lightning warning which adjusts the power flow of transmission lines that are threatened by lightning strikes by controlling the output of key power sources. And it is different from the traditional static lightning protection measures such as erecting lightning shield lines. This paper also establishes a power flow transfer optimization model that takes into account system constraints such as generator output.
