摘要

目的:回顾性评价18f -氟脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层扫描(FDG-PET)对怀疑复发性卵巢癌患者的诊断和临床管理的贡献,基于正常或模糊的计算机断层扫描(CT)或核磁共振(NMR)的肿瘤标志物水平升高。方法:20例具有上述特征的患者行FDG-PET检查。14例经PET证实,7例经手术证实,另外7例经临床病程证实。结果:12例确诊复发,均为FDG-PET阳性。2例排除复发,1例FDG-PET阴性。FDG-PET正确率为93%,避免4例手术,指导6例手术。结论:FDG-PET是一种有效的检测复发性卵巢癌的技术,对肿瘤标志物水平升高和形态学成像结果正常或不明确的患者有重要的临床意义。

Clinical Impact of 18F-FDG-PET in the Suspicion of Recurrent Ovarian Carcinoma Based on Elevated Tumor Marker Serum Levels

Purpose: To retrospectively evaluate the contribution of 18F-fluorodeoxy-glucose-positron emission tomography (FDG-PET) to the diagnosis and clinical management of patients who were suspected of recurrent ovarian carcinoma, based on elevated tumor markers levels with normal or equivocal computed tomography (CT) or nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR).

Procedures: 20 patients with these characteristics underwent FDG-PET. PET findings were confirmed in 14, in 7 by surgery, and in the other 7 by clinical course.
