The approach used in this research is qualitative with the literature study method. The results of the analysis and study in this study indicate: 1) the competence of knowledge and ecological strategies of elementary school students is formed through civic education, 2) elementary school students can act on environmental issues, 3) elementary school students have the quality to address environmental issues through civic education. 摘要

技术世界的发展给人类生活方式带来了许多变化,包括影响到对公民生活方式产生影响的环境现象。防止环境破坏。因此,生态教育是一种继续努力的努力,以创造具有环境特征的关心环境的公民。本研究旨在透过环境意识之公民教育,检视小学生之生态能力。本研究采用文献研究法定性研究。本研究的分析研究结果表明:1)小学生的知识能力和生态策略能力是通过公民教育形成的;2)小学生可以对环境问题采取行动;3)小学生具有通过公民教育解决环境问题的素质。因此,本研究的结论是小学生的生态能力是可以通过公民教育来形成的,公民教育的输出是小学生具备环境技能和利用环境的品格。
