The complex exhibited cyclic dimeric structure in the solution state where the tin centers adopt 6- coordinate octahedral geometry. 摘要:采用2-[(E)-(4)-(4-羟基-3-{(E)-[(喹啉-2-基)亚胺]甲基}苯基)二氮基]苯甲酸与氧化二丁基锡(IV)在热甲苯中回流法制备了2-[(E)-(4)- 3-{(E)-[(喹啉-2-基)亚胺]甲基}苯基)二氮基]苯甲酸二丁基锡(IV)配合物。结合uv -可见、IR、1H、13C、119Sn NMR和质谱技术对配合物进行了元素分析。羧酸配体与配合物中的锡原子形成螯合双齿配位模式。该配合物在溶液状态下表现为环状二聚体结构,锡中心呈六坐标八面体结构。观察配体和配合物的体外抗真菌性能,并与对照药物两性霉素b进行比较。
