Findings suggest that Tolenorm ointment elicit faster release of melanosomes to keratinocytes and simultaneously protecting the skin from sun damage. Irrespective of the extent of sun exposure,Tolenorm ointment triggers pigmentogenesis within 5 minutes indicating its rapid absorption.
