摘要

用紫外变性法研究了DNA与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)及其与亚甲基蓝(MB)和赫斯特33258 (H33258)配合物的结构转变。结果表明,MB具有稳定蛋白质维结构和DNA双链结构的作用,而H33258具有稳定DNA双链结构和破坏蛋白质结构的作用。研究还表明,相对较低的配体浓度下,MB对DNA天然结构的稳定作用比对蛋白质的稳定作用更明显。
