摘要

本研究的目的是筛选蒙古传统食用和药用植物中SOD的活性。通过对邻苯三酚的自氧化作用测定SOD活性。在所研究的植物中,SOD的活性变化范围为0.42±0.01 ~ 10.47±0.1 U/mg蛋白。具有高SOD活性的植物可以作为人类饮食中抗氧化剂补充剂的潜在来源。研究目前正在进行中。
