The percent relative standard deviation of robustness of the method was 37.43-45.86. Hence, proposed method was precise, accurate and cost effective. 摘要

本研究旨在建立一种简便、准确、精密度高、重复性好的紫外-可见分光光度法和傅里叶红外光谱法测定布洛芬提取物中布洛芬含量的方法。实验所用溶剂为m,药物的吸收最大值(λmax)为264 nm。在100 ~ 500 μg/ml范围内符合比尔定律。该方法在上述浓度下呈线性关系,线性方程为y = 0.000023x,相关系数r为1,提取液中布洛芬的含量为7 ug/ml。九重葛花提取物中布洛芬的回收率为85.9% ~ 87.6%。日内精密度的相对标准偏差(RSD %)为51.35%,日内精密度为42.95%。检测限和定量限分别为0.9 μg/mL和2.7 μg/mL。方法稳健性的相对标准偏差为37.43 ~ 45.86。因此,所提出的方法是精确、准确和经济有效的。该方法可用于三角梅花提取物中甲醇含量的定量测定。
