Enterprises whose target is fame and fortune are most concerned whether the scientific research promotes innovation performance. In this study, on the basis of in-depth study of knowledge management and science-based innovation theory, we design the scientific knowledge measurement indicators, which consists with science-based innovation dimension and stocks of scientific knowledge dimension.
