摘要

针对新型船舶综合动力系统(IPS)的新一代中压直流(MVDC)动力推进系统,提出了一种主动中性点箝位(ANPC) h桥结构,该结构直接连接两个四级ANPC拓扑结构。该拓扑结构无需任何飞行电容器,具有高功率密度,可在6 kV电压水平下使用。针对中性点电压不平衡的问题,本文推导了中性点电压的数学模型,并采用COPWM调制策略和微调占空比相结合的方法,通过软件实现对中性点电压的平衡控制。仿真和实验结果证明了该方法的合理性和有效性。
