In modern conditions, the organization is considered complicated social-technical system; on the one hand, it is a summary of objects and tools of labor, and on the other hand – personnel for the production of goods and services. Today, the staff is a complicated social system, where separate individuals and group of people function interrelated following specific principles. Nevertheless, they meet the requirements of an enterprise and psychological climate even though the salary remains unchanged, they work productively. The pay rise not always leads to the increase of labor productivity.
