摘要

目的探讨保留肾单元的手术治疗小肾细胞癌的方法和效果。方法对我院1997年8月至2008年10月经手术及病理证实的48例小肾细胞癌进行回顾性分析。48例患者中，双侧肿瘤1例，单侧肾脏肿瘤8例，单侧肿瘤伴对侧肾脏损害1例，单侧肿瘤伴对侧肾脏正常38例;9例行肿瘤去核术，其余行部分肾切除术。结果平均随访60个月，无肿瘤局部复发和/或转移。结论保留肾单元的手术治疗小肾细胞癌是一种有效的治疗方法。
