摘要
从木瓜叶中分离得到(6 R)-3-氧-4-羟基-7,8-二氢-离子醇1和3-氧-5,6-环氧-离子醇2的9- O -d -葡萄糖吡喃苷。通过XAD-2吸附和甲醇洗脱得到糖苷提取物。经DCCC分离、闪蒸色谱后,进行高效液相色谱纯化。木瓜叶的新成分为过乙酸酯1a和过乙酸酯2a。
