In IP passing scheme vehicle leaving the network area will pass its IP to the vehicle which is either entering in the network area or resides in the area. The node passing the IP can act maliciously to disrupt the connectivity of vehicle to the internet; if node modify the passing IP address, traditional IP passing scheme has given no provision to check whether correct IP address is passed or not. 摘要

车载自组网(VANET)是一个新兴的研究领域;智能交通系统在现实场景中的实施存在许多具有挑战性的问题。目前学术界和产业界都在关注如何支持无缝通信的车联网,使车辆以互联的形式传输信息,避免交通堵塞、事故等,实现智能行动。在VANET中,车辆形成高度移动的网络;由于车辆的高移动性,车辆经常与互联网断开连接,当车辆进入新的网络区域时,需要花费大量的时间从DHCP服务器获取IP地址,为了减少IP获取时间,定义了IP传递方案。在IP传递方案中,离开网络区域的车辆将其IP传递给正在进入网络区域或驻留在该区域的车辆。通过IP的节点可以恶意破坏车辆与互联网的连接;如果节点修改了传递的IP地址,传统的IP传递方案没有提供检查是否传递了正确的IP地址的规定。该方案利用数字签名验证了IP地址的来源,即IP地址的生成者,并检查了传递的IP地址的正确性。
