The current study showed that six isolates of A. baumannii that were resistant to colistin (polymyxin) carry the ( pmrA ) gene at product size was 175bp. The gene expression of the pmr A gene for bacteria was measured once it was treated with a Colistin (polymyxin) antibiotic at a concentration (<=0.5µl) of 0.48 ml and without treated by using MIC (minimum inhibitory concentration) method as it was measured. 摘要

2018年11月15日至2019年2月19日,在巴格达多家医院(巴格达教学医院、儿科教学医院、Al-Shahid Kazy Al-Harery和临床教学实验室、Al-Yarmok医院和Al-Kadhimia医院)共收集到40株鲍曼不动杆菌,其中痰液15株(37.5%)、血液14株(53%)、伤口拭子4株(15%)、尿液4株(10%)、烧伤1株(2.5%)。胸腔积液一份(2.5%),咽拭子一份(2.5%)。目前的研究表明,6株鲍曼不动杆菌对粘菌素(多粘菌素)具有耐药性,其产物大小为175bp。用浓度(<=0.5µl)为0.48 ml的粘菌素(polymyxin)抗生素处理细菌,同时不采用MIC (minimum inhibitory concentration)法处理细菌,检测pmr A基因的基因表达。结果表明,经多粘菌素处理后,pmrA基因表达量未见明显增加
