摘要

前言:我们的目的是研究睡眠呼吸暂停综合征引起的低氧血症对内耳结构的影响与听力损失的发生有关,并指出耳蜗损伤的及时迹象。材料和方法:在63例接受多导睡眠图检查的患者中,被诊断为可能的睡眠呼吸障碍的参与者未被排除在本研究中。根据呼吸暂停-低通气指数将对照组和研究组分为四组,并进行组间听力学参数比较。据此,比较呼吸暂停低通气指数、语音辨别评分、语音识别阈值和纯音阈值。结果:通过对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停组听力损失程度的比较发现,四组患者的平均纯音听力学、平均语音识别阈值、双耳平均语音识别评分均存在显著差异(p)。结论:本研究结果提示,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征所致间歇性低氧血症可能对语音识别和听力都有不利影响。
